This newly remodeled single family home is just a 5-7 minute drive to many beaches and is just a five minute drive to the cape cod inflatable water park! Close to many restaurants like Captain Parkers and Longfellows pub as well as many other tourist attractions. Several golf courses are within five miles. We have three bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining room, full kitchen with everything you need including a regular coffee pot, as well as a Keurig! Washer and dryer. Smart TV in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. Newly remodeled in 2022! Come stay with us!
Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood - this is a MUST SEE!! Tons of updates include the master bed on-suite and new Kitchen remodel! Fenced in yard with deck and grilling area! We also have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows! Foosball and ping pong and basketball games in large garage! Kids bunk room includes a few books and games! Come enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer! We have many repeat family guests! Be sure to sign our guest book! This home as FREE Wifi and Cable and 2 Smart TV sets! Our guests always return! The house is currently set up to sleep 7 quests - We can add a twin bed into the Bunk Room to accommodate the 8th guest with advance notice and a fee of $75.
