Both bedrooms are spacious. 1st room has queen bed and the 2nd has 2 single beds, living room has a sleeper couch queen size, 2 full bath, modern kitchen and dining room.
Located alongside the Aventura Circle - a 3 mile running and biking path circling the Turnberry Isle Resort Golf Course - the complex is just 3min away from the Aventura Mall and 5min away from Sunny Isles Beach.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel and we do not provide service between 10 PM-6 AM.

Both bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second has two single beds, 2 full bathrooms, living room, modern kitchen and dining room. We also have a sleeper couch that opens up to a queen size bed.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
After booking is confirmed, guests need to sign a contract and fill out a form for Yacht Club office in order to have access to gate and lobby Id cards, there is a $120 non refundable additional registration fee.
NO same day bookings, as it takes about a week to be approved through the Yacht Club Association.
Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
No pets allowed.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.
Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. A contract will be sent via email to fully process the reservation, it MUST be signed 2 days prior the check in date, failure to do so, guest will not be given access to the club. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
*Note: The $49 waiver does does not apply to same day bookings or local guests.
