You will love how centrally located this unique and fun apartment is and all it has to offer! Very short walk to Lafayette Park, which is an amazing park. Close to Union Station, Blues games, Cardinal games, The St Louis Wheel, all of the museums and Zoo, Aquarium and so much more! Amazing shower with dual heads, rooftop deck overlooking the city, gas fireplace and a spectacular kitchen for all of your cooking needs!
The space:
Whole apartment to yourself! Main floor has a nice open living room, a gas fireplace, dining area, large kitchen and half bath. Beautiful large kitchen with granite countertops for all of your cooking needs! Upstairs you will find one large bedroom with one king size bed with brand new mattress. A sitting room with a couch that is perfect for napping and it also has a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower with dual shower heads and a separate bath tub. There is also an amazing rooftop deck that overlooks the city. In the photo it doesn't show any outdoor furniture on the deck but there is now furniture for your use.
Guest access:
This unit is on the side of the building. There is one off street parking space in back just steps from the unit. There is also street parking in front of the building. The day prior to check in guest will get check in details and an access code to enter.
Other things to note:
This apartment is really suited for a couple or single person. The sitting room is adjoining to the master bedroom and to walk between the two you pass the shower which is all glass. If you have children that you would like to bring or something please reach out and we can discuss possibilities. There is a queen size blow up mattress that could be easily used.
There are a good bit of steps in this apartment. One flight of steps to get to the main floor then more steps to go upstairs where the bedroom and full bath is.
Since the unit is conveniently located to the highway there is some highway noise. We have taken measures to minimize the noise level and provide sound machine and ear plugs for light sleepers. The building next door is being renovated so this building doesn't look as nice yet as all of the others.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and creamers.
Some laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, soap of all kinds, shampoo and conditioner. We will also provide some pampering type items like bath bombs and bubble bath.
Books in the sitting room.

No partying or over the 4 person maximum occupancy at any time. Please reach out if you would ever have more than 4 people at the property to see if we can make any exceptions. We do have exterior cameras to monitor this. There is a doorbell camera, a camera in the front of the building and in the back of the building. There are no interior cameras. I have a zero tolerance on partying and smoking. If the unit smells like smoke when you check out there will be a $500 fine. It takes days to air it out. If there is partying, more than 4 people or you are smoking you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and if the home is a mess you will be charged a fee accordingly.
