Our home is equipped with 4 cozy and spacious bedrooms with all rooms having ample closet space for short and long stays alike!
The 3 full bathrooms that are stocked with toiletries available for use during your stay.
Our living room is a wonderful place to gather as a group and relax! Our TV is equipped with streaming services that you can log in to (with your own login details) during your stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with gorgeous dishes and glassware. Help yourself to a delicious cup of coffee in the morning, we have a drip coffee for you to use at your convenience.
The cozy and inviting basement has everything you need for a fun and relaxing evening. There is comfortable seating area that is positioned in front of a smart TV and you will see a beautiful pool table that is expertly placed in the center of the room. The sofa is soft and comfortable, perfect for spectators to watch the game or for players to take a break in between shots.
Located in beautiful Johnson County with easy access to highways. Only a short drive to KCI airport, KC Power &Light District, Arrowhead (Chiefs) / Kauffman (Royals) stadiums, NASCAR, and much more!

Any shown gas fireplace is intended for decorative purposes only and should not be operated by guests. Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a family friendly neighborhood which boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches. Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy Leawood/ Prairie Village and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules.
