This amazing lakefront townhouse has been in our family for over 33 years! Originally purchased by my grandparents as a vacation home for them and extended family and friends, we've grown up enjoying this little bit of paradise every summer!

- Full living room/dining room (table seats 6 comfortably) + stool seating at the kitchen counter + table for 6 on the back porch, as well 5 additional seats on the back porch.

When you walk through the front door, you immediately feel a sense of peace and relaxation. With plenty of space, there is a place for everyone to enjoy an afternoon nap, read a good book, paint, play a game, watch a movie, and have a good meal. There are two back decks (one on the main-level and one on the basement level) that you can enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset reflecting on the lake. Neighbors are very welcoming and quiet and always willing to help. Easy access to the boat dock and beach, as well the community clubhouse with: outdoor Olympic-length swimming pool with lap lanes, children's wading pool and play area, indoor pool & jacuzzi spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, racquetball court, basketball court, beach volleyball court, horseshoes, and cornhole.
Easy access - via car or boat - to many of the amazing Smith Mountain Lake restaurants and shops! Just 15 minutes from grocery stores and an easy 45 minutes to Roanoke and the surrounding cities of Bedford and Lynchburg.
