Summary:
Welcome to Sea La Vie, a European-style seaside condo with a private balcony at Sailport Waterfront Suites. Our resort has all the amenities with a year-round heated pool, sandy beach (no swimming), fishing dock, BBQ grills, outside fitness center, on-site convenience store, free parking (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited on the property), and 24/7 security. Our recently renovated condo is a 1b/1b on the 3rd floor (there are 2 elevators) with a completely uninterrupted view of the Tampa Bay!
The Space:
A signed rental agreement and legal ID must be provided prior to check-in per HOA rules. Any personal information shared with us and the HOA will not be shared anywhere else and will be stored in compliance with FCC regulations.
Our beautiful, villa-style condo has a panoramic view of the Bay with large, open windows that get soaked in the morning sunlight! We can comfortably sleep up to 4 people and provide all the toiletries, cooking supplies, towels, and linens you will need!

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
Laundry Access: The guest laundry room, equipped with washers and dryers, is conveniently located on the same floor as the elevator. It’s a 24-hour coin-operated facility situated on level 3 of the building, ready for your use anytime. Card payment now accepted
TV Services: Some TVs don’t have cable but support streaming—feel free to log in with your own accounts!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pestsarespotted.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to bayside heated pool and large sun deck, a beautiful fishing pier, bonfire pit, ocean-side grills, outdoor fitness area, full-sized beach volleyball court, 24/7 security, 24/7 front-desk with a guest store (snacks, quick meals, fresh coffee, wine & beer) and helpful business center. There's also a business/meeting room available upon request. The resort also has a poolside bar &grill serving a blend of Mexican, American and seafood appetizers and entrees along with a full cocktail list and LIVE MUSIC!
*** PLEASE NOTE: We apologize due to the damage of two category 3 hurricanes, some resort amenities will remain unavailable until end of 2024 or even few months of 2025. If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. While disappointing, this is unavoidable due to our need to have everything fixed so we may be able to provide you a safe and comfortable stay in the future. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during this time.
The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking.
Getting Around:
- Free parking on-site (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited on the property)
- Almost everything is in walking distance
- Uber / Lyft is readily available in the area if you'd like to checkout downtown!
