A code will be provided to access the entrance door. Parking is available in the driveway. Garage is not available for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Ozark Regional Transit - ORT travels within Fayetteville, as well as up I-49 to Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville to the North. All routes within the City of Fayetteville are free.
Razorback Transit - Razorback Transit is operated by the University of Arkansas. All fares are free. The bus routes can be seen on Maps. To use, simply go to Maps and click on directions. After that, put in the name or address of your Fayetteville or Northwest Arkansas destination, then tap on the bus icon, and the appropriate Razorback Transit routes will be visible.

You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
