A quaint and charming 1-BR house located steps from KU Medical Center, 39th Street District, Westport, within 5 minutes of The Plaza, Crossroads, Downtown, and everything our city has to offer! This quiet yet conveniently situated property provides easy access to all popular KC attractions. Perfect for a quiet getaway or a family vacation!
The Space:
Our home comes well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of living space, washer and dryer, free WiFi, TV streaming, and nice outdoor spaces! Our hope is that we have created a haven for you to relax and unwind after a full day of work or play!
The master bedroom has a brand new Smart TV , king bed with comfortable cotton sheets. The living room has 2 sleeper sofa beds.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
