Summary: The Sonesta Simply Suites at the Denver Federal Center is an excellent place to lodge if you’re in the area. The front desk staff is professional & accommodating, the rooms are clean & comfortable, the location is convenient, and the fitness center is well-maintained. My only complaint is that the hotels.com reservation system prevented the front desk staff from switching my room from the ground floor to a room on the upper level. The hotel staff should be able to override such restrictions when the customer is asking for this change in person.
