Located right off of Neil Avenue, just steps from the best food, drinks, and experiences that Columbus, Ohio has to offer!
The Space:
This listing is for the entire home (both sides of the building) including Units 196 and 198. Both units have separate entrances and private fenced in back yards with propane grills and small seating areas. The units are laid out in the same way and have the same tasteful modern finishes.
The first floor of each unit has a living room and a small half bathroom when you enter through the front door. There is also a kitchen with island countertop seating for 3 and a large dining table and chairs for 8 guests. The kitchens are equipped with gorgeous modern finishes, all the stainless steel appliances you could ever need, plus some unique additions like pot filler water faucets over the stovetops and range vent hoods to supplement all of your cooking needs! The kitchens are fully stocked with enough dishware and cookware for your whole group and there are also several sets of children's dishware including plates, bowls, spoons and cups in each unit.
This Short North home has 3 floors, plus a basement level where the laundry is located. The second floor houses each unit's spacious master bedroom that each have a king sized bed, large walk in closet, dedicated work space, and an ensuite bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a modern double vanity. The second bedrooms are also located on the second floor in both units and have their own full ensuite bathrooms with shower/bathtub combination. The second bedroom has a single over double bunk bed with single trundle bed pull out. The third floor of both units have a large third bedroom that includes a single over double bunk bed with single trundle bed pull out and a single bay-window-style bed as well. There is also another full bathroom with large walk in shower at the top of the staircase on the third floor.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole duplex, including the basements where the laundry is located. There is a small, fenced in backyard area behind each unit that has a porch with seating for 2 guests and a stone covered terrace that houses the propane grill for guest's enjoyment.
There are 4 virtual parking permits for the guest's use during their stay, which allow for free street parking for 4 vehicles in the City of Columbus SNE zone, which includes (generally) the neighborhood streets located between Neil Avenue (West border), King Avenue/East 8th Avenue (North border), Summit Street (East border), and West 5th Avenue (South border).
