The entire property was an inn built in 1947. It is now a private residence that has been fully renovated and designed to maintain the character of the original building. Your reservation includes a studio in the main house - known as The Rose Room with your own private entrance and dedicated parking on site.

You will have access to your private unit and the shared space on the property. You are welcome to walk around the property. Please refrain from using the main front porch area as that is part of the owner residence. NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.
