Peaceful 4 Bedroom, Updated Home located in Marquette. Perfect for all renters. Large Driveway, spacious yard, free parking! Being in the Township, this is perfect for all your outdoor activities but still within minutes from Downtown MQT and all the shops and restaurants. Snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, snow biking, walking trails and excellent scenery. The house is great for families, couples, business travelers, and small groups. Marquette has much to offer!
If you plan on bringing pets, be sure to add the pet fee during the booking process. If more than 2 pets, please contact me beforehand.
Driveway is large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles along with a trailer or two if needed.
** The Space **
This home was recently remodeled. Having 1600 sq. ft. with plenty of space, clean and well decorated. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and, 1 twin bed. The kitchen has all brand new appliances and also has all needed cooking and eating supplies. A Keurig with cups is also supplied. Large driveway offers many parking spaces. A Smart TV, WiFi, Netflix and such is included.
The Hot-Tub is not available from mid November through mid April because of the cold winters!
** Guest Access **
You have access to the whole house. 4 bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard and the basement with washer and dryer. There is a detached garage located on the property that can be rented at an extra cost.
** Other Things to Note **
