Welcome to Suburban Social! We are Pet Friendly & conveniently located just 10 min off I-49 in the quiet Fayetteville suburb of Farmington. We are in a nice calm neighborhood, tucked in a cul-de-sac and backing up to a large beautiful green space! Our location is unique in the fact that you can enjoy all that Fayetteville and NWA have to offer without hearing the hustle and bustle of traffic and city noise. We're also in a great location for enjoying the Mountain Biking trails of Mt. Kessler. You can access the north size of the mountain trail head just 7 minutes from Suburban Social! You'll also find lots of festivities, history, and antiquing in Farmington & Prairie Grove nearby.
You'll enter Suburban Social from the front porch door where you'll find a great drop zone for jackets and shoes. As you come into the home you're welcomed by a large open living area with tall vaulted ceilings, 2 couches and a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, movies and games. Beyond the living room is the fully stocked kitchen that has been beautifully updated with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and a built in dining area with seating for 8. The large covered back patio is accessed through the kitchen/dining area and offers outdoor dining for up to 6 people. Outside you'll find a stainless steel propane grill to enhance the enjoyment of the beautiful backyard views.
From the back patio you can enter back into the home through the private master bedroom patio door. You'll find the master bedroom to be incredibly spacious and oversized. There is a cozy king size bed, lazy boy chair and huge smart TV for streaming. The en suite master bathroom is just as spacious with dual sinks, tub/shower combo and a large walk in closet for extra clothes storage. When you leave the master bedroom you'll walk across the home to where you'll find 3 more accommodating bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart TV. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed and dedicated work space for those that need to take work with them while they travel. Finally the back bedroom has cozy 2 twin beds. Each room has blinds and shades to ensure you have an enjoyable sleep and aren't up with the sun.
We also have a 2 car garage if you need additional parking, motorcycles, or mountain bikes that you prefer to keep secured. Technically the garage can only store 1 small or mid-size vehicle due to other items being in the garage so garage parking is limited.
