Are you looking for a place to spend a month or more in the Lakes Region? Escape to this nicely situated townhome in the gated Grouse Point community in Meredith. Spend lazy summer days working on your tan at one of the three sandy beaches available or bring your tennis rackets to play a round of tennis at one of the courts. Rainy days can be spent at the indoor pool and spa or get the whole gang together at the club house and play board games. The fitness center is also available to make sure you’re able to maintain your workout routine while you’re vacationing!
Back at the house you’ll find space for spending time together on the main level watching movies in the evening or getting together for dinner after fun-filled days. On the lower level is two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, that share a full bath. Laundry is also available on this level. On the upper level is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, with a deck that sports a view of the lake and mountains, perfect for morning coffee time. There’s a second bedroom on this level with two twin beds, and both bedrooms share a full bathroom. There are split AC units on all floors to keep you comfortable no matter the weather. There’s parking for 2 cars at the home, and guests can park at a common parking area.
Use of the community docks is allowed for day docking only, overnight docking is not allowed.
If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
