An authentic 1980s farmhouse, on 26 acres, that is perfectly placed just 2 minutes from the Dripping Springs access on The Little Red River, sight of the world record Rainbow Trout catch and some of the prettiest paddling in Arkansas. If your family prefers the lake, you are just 20 minutes from the Damn Site Marina Recreation Park on Greer’s Ferry Lake, which provides lake access with or without a boat! The farmhouse may be original but the appliances and the mattresses are new!

Family Friendly 2- bedroom, single-level farmhouse on 26 gorgeous acres with a long, southern front porch and an access ramp. The master bedroom has a king bed and a dedicated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom across the hall.
