The farmhouse is about 20 minutes NE of Historic downtown Weston, Missouri, 30 minutes from Snow Creek Ski Area, 30 minutes from Atchison, Kansas, 30 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport and 6 miles South of St.Joseph, Missouri. It sits about 30 miles north of Kansas City, Missouri.
The main level has a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and a toy room. In the living room there is a TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and cable. There is a desk and office chair on the main level.
