The Hawthorn's cape cod style floor plan makes for a truly unique and comfortable stay. There are several spaces to get together and hangout with friends and family! Two large living spaces on the main floor that connect with a dining room and kitchen and provide an open floor plan so everyone can be together. The dining room is equipped with a large solid table that will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. For all of your cooking purposes there is a large open kitchen fully stocked with all of the basic kitchen essentials including dinnerware, cutlery and cookware. The built in wet bar located in the kitchen provides guests with their own set up for entertaining. We provide cocktail glasses, a wine fridge, a bar mixology set and a large countertop space for all of your bartending needs!
The Hawthorn is fully set up with our enhanced coffee bar for all of you coffee lovers. Enjoy a cup of coffee from one the many brewing options we provide including a Keurig Coffee Machine, drip coffee maker, pour over or a French press. A variety of K-Cups, creamer and sugar included in every stay!
This home features 5 beds 2 full sized bathrooms and 2 half baths. The Master is located on the main floor of this home, and has a king sized bed with a master bath attached. The bathroom has space to accommodate your belongings, is fully stocked with luxury bath products and has a double vanity with a full length mirror to accomodate multiple people getting ready . The bright lighting and stand up shower will have you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day! There are two additional large bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and tv while the other bedroom features 2 queen sized beds. Each room provides ample closet space for all of your belongings and bedside tables and lamps with charging stations. The second floor also provides guests with a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. If additional sleeping space is needed the basement features a comfortable sofa sleeper with an additional topper to make it even more cozy.
The basement is designed for a game night, movie night, or just a hangout! There is a comfortable sofa with a smart tv and sound bar provided so you can easily get cozy and listen to your favorite music or watch your fave movie. The basement is furnished with a high top table with seating, a built in bar with additional wine fridge and a private work space for business travelers.
Parking: There is a driveway attached to the house that will hold up to 4 vehicles. There is also free street parking.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet for $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is a fully fenced backyard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
