Its location in Limestone means it's only minutes to Brights Zoo and the historic David Crockett Birthplace State Park, and convenient to all the amenities of Johnson City, Greeneville, and downtown Jonesborough. The home is also 11 minutes from The Millstone wedding venue.
The Space:
Built in 1927 and remodeled to perfection, this home features a grand staircase dividing the large living room from the cozy den/media space. A formal dining room keeps guests comfortable with a lovely fireplace, and the chic kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, immaculate butcher block countertops, a unique brick alcove for the stovetop, and new fixtures. At the back of the home is a charming farmhouse-style sunroom where you can enjoy the view of your secluded back yard and private gazebo.
Other Things to Note:
Please note this is an old house and the water pressure upstairs is not spectacular, unfortunately we haven’t been able to find a solution for this yet.
