Your estate features nine opulent bedrooms, seven custom bathrooms, & multiple living and dining areas for group celebrations. The lower level of the main estate showcases an enormous bourbon country recreation area featuring custom granite and stone bar, full sized pool table, shuffleboard table, poker and foosball tables, and an adjacent 20 seat movie theater.
The centerpiece of the estate grounds is a custom 20X40 heated inground pool open 365 days a year and electronically heated to 88-90 degrees at all times.
Your outdoor aquatic oasis area also features an eight person Jacuzzi spa with custom jets and lighting heated to 102 degrees at all times and lounge with al fresco dining seating for up to 30 guests.
