Home is located 2 miles from the beach, 5n to Fort Lauderdale Airport, 10 min to Las Olas/Ft Lauderdale Beach and 15 min to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Rent a kayak or walk the beautiful trails at Westlake Park just walking distance away. 5min to shopping, great location!! Very safe/quiet neighborhood
