You’ll have full access to the condo and all amenities, including the pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Please note: there’s a full flight of stairs to reach the condo, pool, and lakeside — but the view makes it completely worth it once you arrive.

We’ve stocked the condo with everything you might need — coffee, sugar, and creamer, plus essential kitchen staples like salt, pepper, olive oil, and spices. No pets and no smoking of any kind are allowed. A minimum $250 fee applies for violations.
Parking is free and conveniently located in front of the building.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will be given a choice between a security deposit of $10.00 or a damage waiver of $35.00. Truvi will contact you to complete the process and will refer to my company LJ Vacation Rentals. Please note that this notification is legitimate, and must be completed prior to your stay.
