You’ll be captivated by this charming 3 bed, 2 bath condo the moment you arrive. It has a covered, screened in porch that wraps around one side of the condo with inviting lake view of the main channel at the 1mm. See our great reviews!
Seasonal heated pool. Pool generally opens mid to late May and closes mid September, depending on the weather.
Step inside and you’ll enjoy a fresh, clean, newly updated interior (2019) with new flooring, new paint and stylish new comfy furniture. The open living area offers a flat screen smart TV, queen sofa sleeper, a larger chair and a half, a club chair, new rectangular dining table for 6 and a snack bar that seats 4. This opens up to a large screened porch for extra entertaining or sweet daydreams as you watch the boats pass by.
The master suite offers a King bed with a top quality Stearns and Foster mattress, flat screen TV, sliding door with access to screened in porch, private bath with double sinks, bath tub/shower and a large walk in closet.
The two additional bedrooms share a full hall bath. The second bedroom offers a queen Stearns and Foster mattress and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, flat screen TV and DVD player.
All bed linens and towels provided.
All rooms and screened porch are equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort for you and guests. Basic cable and WIFI provided at no extra cost.
Cooking will be no problem with the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, utensils and staples. You can also enjoy a full size gas grill outside on the screened in porch. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer if needed.
Harbour Towne offers two outdoor heated pools (open seasonally); one is lakeside with stunning views of the main channel and the other is located by the tennis courts on a raised bluff. The clubhouse is near the main pool and includes wireless internet. There is a walking path around the complex and a small children’s playground also.
Condo has an available boat slip (12x28) is located in front of the condo. Several places to launch and store trailer nearby.
Located conveniently just off Highway 54, Harbour Towne is just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, large 110+ store outlet mall, golf courses, water parks, miniature golf, all sorts of entertainment and popular restaurants; Baxter’s JB Hooks, Stewarts and many more.
