Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t in the best of areas the outside of the hotel was showing signs of dirt and the entrance was poor. Our room smelt of damp and windows were filthy. We woke this morning to find there had been a flood in the lobby. No maintenance men were there just the poor receptionist putting sheets and towels over the floor and trying to mop the water. There was only three tables to sit at for breakfast due to this. Breakfast was served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Before we checked out the water had spread to the lift.
