There are 2 two person kayaks and 2 child kayaks you are welcome to use to explore the spring or river! The home offers private dock space to accommodate your boat and a fish cleaning station. Maximum Occupancy: NO MORE THAN 6 REGISTERED GUESTS are permitted on the property at any time. Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet Zone: This home is located in a residential neighborhood within a Spring Quiet Zone. NO LOUD MUSIC, PARTIES, OR EVENTS are permitted. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. NO pets Allowed
Parking: A maximum of 3 VEHICLES is allowed. All vehicles MUST be parked in the designated driveway. Alternatively Parking for one trailer and 2 cars is available. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS OR ON THE STREET is permitted at any time.
