There is one king bedroom on the main living level, along with a half bath. The remaining king bedroom and three queen bedrooms are located on the second living level, as well as the two full bathrooms. The laundry is located on the main level. The basement is not for guest use.

Each bedroom has an individual mini split for air conditioning in the warmer months.
There are 4 off-street parking spots available for guest. Street parking is available during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Winter season street parking is not permitted.

The garage is for owner use only, there is no access for guests.
