Get ready to relax, unwind, and make memories at this large WATERFRONT lake home! It features a concrete 32' deep by 30' wide dock with swim platform! You'll especially love the fact that this home is tucked farthest into the cove, so you you'll get less of those main channel waves from boats passing by. There is not a bad view on the property as there is 1600 square feet of deck space, with a deck coming off of each bedroom. >This four bedroom, four bathroom house boasts five queen beds and two twin over full bunkbeds which allows plenty of sleeping options for the whole group! There are multiple seating options so spend those nice days sitting out enjoying the scenery. There are 30 stairs to get from the bottom deck down to your private dock. You can either rent a boat nearby or bring your own. The slip can store up to a 8' wide by 22' long boat. There is limited parking for comfortably two vehicles at the property. If you need to park additional vehicles, there is overflow parking at either of the two community pools at the Tan Tar A Estates free of use. The Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room so great for entertainment! You'll love the fact that it features a new stainless steel oven with electric cooktop, stainless over the range microwave, and stainless dishwasher for easy cleaning. The kitchen comes fully stocked which includes plates, silverware, cups, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, etc. There are also cooking pots and pans, a medium sized crockpot, skillet, and both a Keurig and regular coffee pot for your use. There are barstools at the kitchen making it great for socializing with others. Off the living room there is a bar so there are plenty of cups and storage for whatever supplies you want to bring. Enjoy sleeping in with goose down comforters supplied for the queen beds. The younger family members get to snuggle up with quilt sheets. A washer/dryer is in the hallway of the home for use. During the summertime, there are two community pools free of charge since you are staying in the gated Tan Tar A estates! Feel free to bring your cooler and food as it is easy to spend hours here. The pool closest to the home is one block away up a steep hill. The other community pool is driving distance and has a splash area more suitable for kiddos. There is a 5k walking trail around the estates. Our family enjoys grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around the neighborhood and viewing the homes. Not a single home looks the same here!
