Experience the Lake of the Ozarks in a most unique way - via Island Retreat! Located in Rocky Mount on the North Shore at the 3 mm of the main channel. This private Island can be accessed by land through the iron gates or by water from the boat dock.
From the parking lot (level 2) you can take the elevator or steps up to the 5th floor. This unit is on the end of the building which offers views on both side and back of the deck. Enter the unit into the hallway leading to the open vaulted kitchen and living room. The front bedrooms set to the left with a queen in one room and 2 twin beds in the other. Both bedrooms have views to the parking and center of island.
There is a full bath between the bedrooms and kitchen area. The laundry room, with full sized washer and dryer, is also off the kitchen area by the dinning table. The kitchen has all the basic supplies to cook or grill out during your stay. There is seating for 3 at the counter and 4 at the dining table. A dry bar area is in the corner of the living room by the counter bar. The living room has a full sofa, love seat, electric fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and brilliant lighting from the side window and glass sliding doors to the deck. The master bedroom is equally bright with the double windows of lake view, a side window to the deck, and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and side tables with lamps. Sorry the exercise equipment is currently non-operable for guests. The large master bath has a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, private toilet room, jetted tub, and large shower with seat.
The covered deck is where you will want to spend most of your stay! The view is panoramic from the left of the island entry to the right of the complex boat docks and all the beautiful lake view in-between. The large patio table seats 6. With a gas grill and ceiling fan you have all the necessities for a relaxing sunset dinner!
Enjoy the zero-entry swimming pool at the point of the complex. The boat docks are accessible at this ground level.
