The main level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and entryway. The upper level features two bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a second full bathroom. Large windows bring natural light into every space, while original wood floors add warmth and character throughout. The washer and dryer are located in the basement with walkout access to the side yard.
The backyard feels like a personal oasis within a residential part of Northside, with mature landscaping, a fully fenced yard, porch, firepit, and outdoor seating.
