The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique house with 3800 sq-ft on a 30 acre Horse Ranch (Warrior Farm and Ranch) with a main bedroom facing pond. Fire pit outside by outdoor swimming pool(Opens from Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend) Hammock, swing tied to tree. with patios, Pond is stocked with fish. If you want, you can ride a horse for a little fee, We have a few goats and chickens. Very nice and quiet place. We have 40 horse stables on the property and are fully booked. Please do not feed the horses

Summary: House and property was very poorly taken care of. The yard was a mess, unmowed, trash in places. The house had so many weird things- fixtures that didn’t work, a door where the handle came clean off when you tried to pull it, holes in walls, exposed wires, poorly executed patch and paint jobs, weird plastic on the countertop, can lights falling out of the ceiling, held up with tape. WiFi didn’t work. One of the ovens didn’t work. Toilet stopped working. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The home seemed very unloved and the booking was way overpriced given the state of the property. It’s too bad, with a little effort this could be a very nice place.
