The house has 3 bedrooms which includes a spacious king suite and bath upstairs, while two queen bedrooms share a common bath downstairs. If your group needs more room, there is an attached studio at the back of the house that we also rent (extra $200/nt), which includes a king bed and kitchenette. It's called the 12 South Cottage.
