Our home is comfortable, full of light and peaceful. It has an eat-in kitchen that is great for cooking and entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small library and reading room, which leads out to a fenced back yard with a patio and fire pit...great for fall fires. There is a large living and dining room that leads out to a screened porch overlooking the back garden. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, a walk-in closet and a study complete with desk, shelves and printer. On the first floor there are also two smaller bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin daybed that expands to a queen. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a deep soaking whirlpool tub. There are lots of comfortable spaces for reading, and the house is full of original art. Madison and the UW-Madison campus are an easy drive. Madison is 3 miles from our house and UW-Madison is 5 miles.
