Welcome to our charming seaside oasis in beautiful Ocean Springs! The home is spacious, bright & airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The modern kitchen and spacious outdoor grill area is perfect for cooking up that fresh seafood caught right off the coast! Located just a short walk from the water where you can hike, fish, and watch the sunset. The charming downtown area is also just a short drive away with plenty of shops, restaurants, and art galleries to explore.
** THE SPACE
As you open the front door, you’ll be greeted by the spacious living room with ample natural light, tasteful furnishings, and a large 65” smart TV on the wall. To the immediate right you’ll find the master bedroom outfitted with a king bed, smart TV, large bathroom with Jack & Jill sinks, a claw foot tub with bath bombs and bubble bath, overhead shower, private toilette room, and large walk in closet.
The large, hand-made wooden dining table gives way to the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble counters, and a central island for all your cooking & bbq’ing gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including coffee, tea, blender, toaster, and oven. Please note that the kitchen sink does not have a garage disposal; kindly dispose of all leftovers in the trash.
Continue through the kitchen and the long hallway will lead you to both spare bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen) separated by the guest bathroom between the two. There is a separate laundry room equipped with all necessities to do laundry at your convenience.
The front patio is designed to spend time in the evening with outdoor furniture and recessed lighting in the ceiling, along with solar-powered lights lighting the footpath in the yard. The backyard has a wetbar and bbq for your personal use.
Inside the cupboard below the “Sweet Tea” sign you’ll find a full poker set, Jenga, Clue, Uno, Monopoly, and a corn-hole set for outdoor use.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The only parts that are “off limits” are the two owner cupboards off the kitchen, and the attic.
