Great home for two - three families or extended family to share. Beach front with spectacular water views from most rooms. This home sits on 1.3 acres of private land ( exclusive for your use) but it is part of an association. Steps to miles of sand. Listen to the waves as you fall asleep. Have your morning coffee from one of two decks overlooking the sea and islands. Close to Fort Popham.
Formerly part of Ocean View Cottages and Campground. WiFi and cable. Please note cell phone coverage in the area is poor. We do have a landline and free long-distance calling.
Open year round. Spend Thanksgiving or Christmas here with your family. Popham Beach is beautiful any time of the year.
All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. This home is part of an association and rules set by the association must be adhered to. No Unit Owner shall obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable noise or otherwise. 3. No Unit Owner shall use the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements for any activity that would obstruct or deter views, ingress or egress by other Unit Owners or guests or invitees Boats longer than 12 feet, motor homes, campers, trailers of any kind, tents, shacks, sheds or other outbuildings are not allowed on the property. Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association. This home has a limit of 12 guests at any time in the home or on the property. This includes day guests on the beach.
