The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, another full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The Third bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The fourth bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bathroom on this floor as well. The fifth bedroom is in the basement and finished with a bar and two queen beds. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has a dock to park boats. Three kayaks with paddles and life jackets onsite available to rent. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm.
