It also sits on the old road that went from Shelbyville to Vandalia back in the "dirt road" days. Today the corner's roads are called Co. Road 1000 North and Illinois State highway 128. It is also setting just 400 feet from the Pond Shore Lodge (listing 1351741) and The Pond Pavillion INN (listing 2769008) if you need additional lodging. There is a 10 day maximum stay.
