There are two modern master suites with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room that has two full beds as well as a bunk bed. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area and a twin sleeper in the upstairs master bedroom. Located right on the water's edge, this vacation home is a short distance to downtown Rogers, Hobbs State Park, and both Prairie Creek and Horseshoe Bend Marinas. Getting your boat in the water is easy, the neighborhood boat ramp is within sight and less than a block away. After launching your boat you can pick up your guests from the private boat dock that's right behind the house! A big bonus is the great parking for your boats, trailers, and vehicles in the expansive driveway. Once night falls enjoy time soaking in the hot tub or relaxing around the firepit.
