With the beach only a block away on a very quiet street, you'll be soaking up the sun and playing in the sand before you know it! This home is also close to plenty of restaurants and activities.
Walking into the home the fully equipped kitchen will be to your right. To your left is a large dining table for dinners together or family game night! Step into the living room and relax on the brand new sofas and watch the game on the large screen TV. Just behind the living area is the downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV. Just outside that bedroom is the guest bathroom with stand alone shower and washer and dryer in the closet.
