The house is located 3 DOORS away from the BOARDWALK and the BEACH entrance, please see our aerial photos.
We all experienced in a recent seasons PARKING and RESTAURANTS capacity RESTRICTIONS
but our guests had no issue with any restrictions as they were able to get back-and-forth, in no time, to the house, truly ENYOJING this house PROXIMITY to the BEACH.
You also can enjoy fantastic VIEW of the beach & OCEAN from this home's large front open PORCH, great for summer ENTERTAINING.
7 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, eclectic Colonial located THREE doors from the BEACH, its fabulous boardwalk with both OCEAN front, Pavilion Restaurant and the THE COLUMNS restaurant with LIVE entertainment, Organic and grass-fed dining options at CAVE restaurant, Vegan "Seed to Sprout" 5 blocks away, Whole Foods & Starbucks 4 miles distance.
Not into restaurants? There is a GRILL in a backyard.
Finally, you can relax on the wrap around porch for your morning coffee (I know all guests love that) or a glass of wine (they all love that as well) with enchanted OCEAN views while gentle COOL breezes from the water surround you on most, very HOT days.
And... if the evening is cooler, you can have a great time in the BACKYARD by our fantastic FIRE PIT with comfortable seating.
In the backyard there is also additional REFIGERATOR located in the walk out basement to keep cold BEVERAGES or your FOOD supply for GRILLING.
One of the bathrooms - 5th BATHROOM is located in that walk out basement and is used as an OUTDOOR shower or bathroom while in the backyard.
A big plus, 2 GARAGE spaces available so no need to spend time to look for a PARKING at a far distance. Also, this very short proximity to the beach feels so convenient in contrast to a "hike" from few blocks away on a very HOT day with all chairs, umbrellas, yourself /or children.
