Old Fort Loft is a contemporary three story apartment in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. Numerous restaurants and city nightlife are all within walking distance. There are lots of activities going on in Fort Smith and our apartment is at the hub. Our space is three stories. On the first floor you will find a long garage big enough for two cars or 20 motorcycles. You will have full use of the garage during your stay. We have a Nema14-50 outlet, just right to charge your electric vehicle. The second floor has our living room with pull-out sofa, dining area, half bath, and full kitchen with island counter. Outside of the living area is a spacious porch with patio furniture. The third floor is where we keep the two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. The laundry room is also located on the 3rd floor. You will have access to the full sized washer/dryer.
