The area has 2 nearby lakes and 2 single person kayaks or canoe available for rent. Lane is a dead end so no through traffic enhances this private location. Relax and enjoy bird-watching and quiet walks. Home is ADA friendly except for the gravel driveways. Fishing in the pond by the owners home is available by request- dependent on weather and current activities. Bluegill, Red-ear, and Bass. Catch and release or keep for dinner.
