Charming 3 bed 1 bath home nestled back into Chester Heights Subdivision in Kirkwood. Just a short walk to tons of shops, restaurants and features quick access to the interstate! Inside you're greeted with beautiful wood floors and an open floor plan. Easy to get just about anywhere in St. Louis in under 20 minutes and less than 3 minutes from the grocery store. The house is on a quiet street with little traffic.
Spacious living room with a couch, recliner, TV, and large windows letting natural light in. Tastefully updated kitchen that features nice appliances and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to make a home cooked meal. Nice kitchen table that can sit up to 6. The master bedroom is spacious and has ample closet space. Other two bedrooms are nicely sized as well. Main floor is serviced by updated full bath.
